Take, for instance, 33 year-old Cristalle Belo and her 16 month-old sister Scarlet Snow who, despite their huge age gap, still manage to enjoy each other’s company.
In fact, baby Scarlet just loves it when her ate Cristalle spends time with her. Not only have they bonded over their common interests in art and a love for animals; they also have loads of fun playing hide-and-seek, singing songs, and indulging in sweets!
Here are five ways Cristalle spends time with Scarlet as they create unforgettable bonding moments:
Favorite playmate
Cristalle is one of Scarlet’s favorite playmates. Cristalle makes Scarlet so gleeful that her laughter just filles their home with happiness.
“Our home is a very happy place. Everyone is loving and caring and fun. My Ate @cristallebelo is one of my favorite playmates because she always has time for me…” reads a description of a video of Cristalle and Scarlet playing peek-a-boo. The video was shared on Scarlet’s Instagram account.
Scarlet and Cristalle also love goofing up in front of the camera.
Ate Cristalle is also a trooper when it comes to doing the heavy lifting. And by heavy lifting, we mean carrying baby Scarlet high up in the air so that she can fly!

Common interests
Scarlet seems to share her ate Cristalle’s love for art, a fact which Cristalle is quick to take advantage of.
“The girl knows how to appreciate art,” Cristalle captioned this sweet photo, which she shared on Instagram.
Aside from their interest in art, Cristalle and Scarlet also love animals.
“I love animals and I’m so happy it seems like Scarlet is liking them too. I love how she’s not afraid,” Cristalle said about her baby sister.
