After her close friends Georgina Wilson and Isabelle Daza, it’s Anne Curtis’ turn to walk down the aisle soon.
Her longtime boyfriend, French-Filipino restaurateur Erwan Heussaff popped the question while they were in the United States, where Anne completed the famous New York City Marathon back in October.
But it was only this December when the low-key celebrity couple finally made their engagement public.
They did so by sharing a heartwarming video featuring highlights from their Connecticut and New York trip. Towards the end of the clip, we are treated to a montage of their travels and sweet moments all the way from 2010.
“I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life…”
By the 5:25 mark, we see Anne and Erwan sitting in the woods, possibly taking a break from their hike. They’re watching a video clip on a phone, presumably the montage we just saw, and the 31-year-old actress/TV host starts to get choked up.
Then, Erwan pulls her up as he gets down on his knees.
“I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life,” said an emotional Erwan as he knelt in front of a tearful Anne. “Would you do me the honor of marrying me?”
The video fades just as a choked up Anne exclaims: “Yes!”
You can watch the full video below.
After releasing the video, Anne shared a photo of them kissing with the caption: “Je t’aime mon amour (I love you, my love).” In turn, Erwan shared a photo of them on the day he proposed, writing: “She’s a keeper.”
No details yet as to when or where the wedding will be, but social media is abuzz with excitement even as early as now! As of this writing, their travel/proposal video has been viewed 5 million times since it was posted on December 17!
