1. Graham balls recipe with mallows and peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (no substitutions)
  • 10 large marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces
  • 16 graham crackers (1-1/2 cups crushed)
  • 1 cup finely chopped dry roasted salted peanut (or use toasted walnuts or pecans)
  • powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, boil the sugar, evaporated milk and butter for 10 minutes; remove from heat and add the marshmallows to the pot; beat vigorously with wooden spoon until dissolved.
  2. Add in graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts; mix well to combine.
  3. Let mixture sit in the saucepan for 10 minutes or until cool enough cool to handle (it will harden upon standing) then drop onto greased waxed paper.
  4. If desired shape into small balls (make sure to do this while the mixture is still slightly warm or they will be harder to shape).
  5. Chill in the refrigerator.
  6. Coat with powdered sugar if desired or chill the balls and then coat in melted chocolate

2. Easy graham balls recipe

In this graham balls recipe from sidechef.com, you only need 4 ingredients: Crushed graham crackers, condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and unsweetened coconut flakes.

Procedure:

  1. Combine 1/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup graham crackers in a bowl.
  2. Fold and combine with a spatula or spoon until a sand-like mixture forms after they have been thoroughly blended.
  3. Make a ball out of the mixture by heaping a tablespoonful into your palm. Flatten it into a disk shape and place 12 white chocolate chips (approximately 1/4 cup) for each ball.
  4. Fold the edges over the top of the chips and press down in the center. It should be rolled once more into a ball before being covered in 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes.
  5. Place the Graham balls in the refrigerator to set before serving. You can also serve this as is without refrigerating.
