How to make broccoli and cauliflower purée for your baby

What you need:
- 1 large floret broccoli
- 1 large floret cauliflower
- Baby’s usual milk (breastmilk or formula milk)
What you do:
1. Steam the vegetables until they are tender.
2. Purée in a blender and adjust the texture with cooled boiled water or baby’s usual milk.
