It was an emotional day for Cai Cortez as she prepared to walk down the aisle, and the comedian couldn’t help but shed a few tears of joy right before she entered the chambers where her husband-to-be was waiting for her.
On July 15, Cai and her foreigner boyfriend, Wissem Rkhami, exchanged vows in a civil wedding ceremony officiated by former President and current Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada.
The wedding was a simple and intimate affair made special by the presence of Cai’s father, actor Rez Cortez, and the rest of her family.
Cai was dressed in a virginal white flowing dress that cinched her waist nicely, which she paired with a pair of white, open-toe stiletto sandals. Her hair was styled in a half up-do, and her jewelry kept to a minimum to complement her simple yet elegant attire.
Cai also let her natural beauty shine through as she sported a no-make-up look, which was made dramatic by a touch of dark lip color.
