The ingredients:

  • Chopped broccoli
  • Macaroni or any type of short pasta
  • Pesto sauce
  • Cheese

Steps:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the steps on the packaging. Set aside.
  2. Blanch the broccoli in salted boiling water for three to four minutes. Place in cold water to stop it from overcooking, and then drain.
  3. Mix the pasta, broccoli, pesto, and cheese.

2. Tuna Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomatoes

The ingredients:

  • A can of tuna in oil
  • Lettuce

Steps:

  1. Spread cream cheese on both sides of your wheat bread.
  2. Put ham and lettuce in between the slices.

The ingredients:

  • Ham
  • Spinach
  • Cheese
  • Tortilla
  • Butter

Steps:

  1. Get one tortilla, place the spinach, cheese, and ham on one side and fold in half.
  2. Put some butter on a pan, and put it on medium heat.
  3. Once the butter is hot, place your tortilla on the pan until one side turns brown.
  4. Flip it over, and brown on the other side. Make sure that the cheese has melted.

Steps:

  1. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on two slices of wheat bread.
