After the revelation that Jake is indeed the father of Andi’s 5-year-old daughter Ellie, we’ve seen more of the father and daughter duo. Most recently, Ellie was seen attending her grandfather, former president Joseph “Erap” Estrada’s 80th birthday.
Though it’s heartwarming to see Ellie getting to know her father’s side of the family, not all things have been smooth sailing. Taking to twitter, Andi expressed her anger at a family with “power and lots of money.” Though she didn’t outright identify the target of her tirade, it’s no secret that things have not been completely civil between her and Jake Ejercito.
On April 20, the 26-year-old single mom posted a series of tweets, beginning with two about preferring to be a “little nobody than an evil somebody,” standing up for her rights even if she’s alone in the fight. By her third tweet, it became increasingly clear who she was referring to.
“I still believe that real justice can prevail in this country. Even if you are up against a family with power and (lots of) money,” wrote Andi, presumably referring to Jake and his family, with whom the single mom had publicly been in conflict with for months now.
Clarifying why she had to resort to twitter, she wrote: “I take to twitter because it seems as though they only care to take notice when its their image at risk.”

In the last two tweets, she expressed how hurt she is because she loves her little girl: “I am not too proud to admit that I feel this way because I feel so hurt and defeated. I feel this way because I love my child…and I feel attacked by someone who doesn’t even know anything. Someone who only wants money or power.”

While Andi previously expressed how she is worried about Jake Ejercito’s petition for joint custody, she also clarified that she’s fine with it so long as he “legally acknowledges Ellie as his daughter.”
Jake himself has yet to share his side. In a previous interview with PEP, he requested not to talk about the petition when asked about it.
