Japanese national hits 11-year-old child in NAIA

A Japanese businessman was arrested by airport authorities after he allegedly hit an 11-year-old child.

The child was just waiting with his father

According to reports, Koichi Kuroda, 50, hit the 11-year-old upon reaching the baggage conveyor area. The child was with his father, waiting for their luggage.

Immediately after the incident, the child’s father, some passengers, and customs officials notified the airport police officers who were in the area, and Kuroda was immediately arrested.

Kuroda was also reported as having said that he was very rich and influential. The officers then prevented a crowd of people from mobbing the Japanese national.

They will be filing a complaint against the businessman

Because of unruly behavior, Kuroda was said to have had an altercation with immigration officers, but was eventually provided entry after he showed them a valid business visa.

According to any anonymous source, Kuroda apparently employs hundreds of Filipino workers at his manufacturing company in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Reports say that the child’s parents are refusing to have a settlement with the Japanese national, and they will be pursuing a complaint against Kuroda.

Abuse charges and have already been filed at the Pasay Prosecutor’s Office. Kuroda remains detained at the Airport Police Investigation and Detective Service office.
