Pregnancy has its share of ups and downs, and one of the downs is morning sickness! Here's a list of what to take and what to avoid when expecting.
If you have morning sickness, here’s a rundown of some of the food that you should and should not be eating.
Raspberry leaf tea
Whole wheat bread
Coffee and cola
Foods containing monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Foods containing excessive seasoning
Since every pregnancy is unique, one woman’s menu is not applicable to all so if you feel that some dishes make you more sick than others, than veer away from said dishes. Always consult with your doctor when suffering from severe morning sickness and to ask whether or not certain foods are good for your specific condition.
