Congratulations! You are nearing the end of your first trimester. Most women usually see this as the end of morning sickness but not all women. Exhaustion is up and if at no other time have you ever listened to your body, now is the time. If you feel tired, try to take a nap. Even if it is only for 20 minutes. Mood swings are common as your body adjusts to the hormonal changes you are going through. Relax, make sure that you talk with partner. You have six more months to get through.
What Is Happening With Your Baby?
Changes are happening with your little baby.Your baby moves from being an embryo to the fetal period, now called a fetus.
Developments are happening.
– Your baby has fingers, toes and soft nails.
– Your baby’s bones begin to harden.
– Your baby is moving spontaneously, but usually you can’t feel these movements yet.
– Your baby’s eyes are large and open.
– External ears have formed.
