According to a statement from the ‘I Love Taguig’ Facebook page managed by the local government of the City of Taguig, the three siblings who were allegedly kidnapped were not kidnapped at all, and have been reunited with their parents.

“Walang kidnapan po na nangyari”

Based on earlier reports, 4 girls were kidnapped, including three siblings. However, the Taguig City Police quickly confirmed that girls were not kidnapped.

They add that the girls left of their own volition and rode a jeepney. Thankfully, a good samaritan found the girls and helped them get back to their families.

They add that the three girls were found less then a day after they were reported missing, contrary to the initial report that they were missing for a few days.
