Pinoys love a good buffet, so there are a lot of establishments in the metro to choose from. But that’s not even the best part; because it’s your special day,  you get to eat for free in some of these restaurants as their treat for celebrating your birthday with them.

You just have to check on the conditions (some require you to bring at least one paying customer) and show the necessary requirements (usually just a valid ID with your birthday on it), and you are eligible for their birthday promo.

Get the classics from all around the world in one spot. They have everything from Italian to American, to Japanese, even Chinese, and of course Filipino. With Vikings—birthday celebrants of all ages can avail the Vikings birthday promo on the day itself and on their birthday month.

The Vikings birthday promo 2025 allows celebrants to eat all buffet brands for free on the day of their birthday on both lunch and dinner, as long as accompanied by one (1) full-paying adult. The celebrants can also eat all buffet brands for free for one month on both lunch and dinner per day, as long as it is within the month of his/her birthday and accompanied by four (4) full-paying adults.

Note: one (1) full paying adult are adult guests only who will be paying full rate without any discounts.

Celebrants should bring a government-issued or business-issued ID that is ORIGINAL and VALID. It should include their name, birthdate, and photograph. Both domestic and foreign I.D.s are acceptable. Failure to present the I.D., birth certificate may be provided along with any kind of identification with their picture.

2. Yakimix

Want eat-all-you-can sushi, smokeless grill Japanese/Korean/Chinese cuisine on your special day?  At Yakimix, birthday celebrants can avail themselves of the birthday promo buffet for one whole month as long as it is within the month of his/her birthday.

Birthday celebrants may eat for one (1) free buffet at any Yakimix nationwide. To avail Yakimix birthday promo, the celebrant must be accompanied by a minimum of three (3) full-paying adult rates without any discount/s. Rate is one (1) celebrant for three (3) regular-paying companions to avail of the promo.

At Yakimix, customers are typically charged a leftover fee to discourage food wastage. As of recent reports, the leftover fee is ₱699 per person, depending on the branch’s specific policy. This fee applies if diners leave an excessive amount of uneaten food on their plates.

To avoid this charge, guests are encouraged to take only what they can finish. If you’re dining at a specific branch, it’s best to confirm their leftover policy with the staff.

3. Sambo Kojin

Birthday celebrants can enjoy a free buffet at participating restaurants on their actual birthday when accompanied by one full-paying adult. Price is ₱998 per person for Sambo Kojin or ₱1098 per person for Buffet Collab. Additionally, celebrants can avail of the free buffet on any remaining date within their birthday month. This they can avail if they are accompanied by two full-paying adults at the same rates. Then get ready to add ₱200 for leftovers.

To claim the Sambo Kojin birthday promo, the celebrant must present a valid document with proof of date of birth together with photo identification.

As of January 2025, Sambo Kojin’s buffet rates are as follows:

• Monday to Thursday: Lunch & Dinner: ₱828 per person
• Friday to Sunday & Holidays: Lunch & Dinner: ₱928 per person
• The regular walk-in price is ₱998 per person.
