Watch: Shocking footage of teacher punishing student using an injection needle

Two teachers in  Vargas, Venezuela have been charged with abuse of authority and child abuse after a video of her punishing a nursery student by injecting a needle into his buttocks.

The video was taken by an older student and is now going viral online.
