Two children reported smelling a foul odor nearby
Local officials conducted an investigation of a house in Carlos Palanca St. after two children reported smelling a foul odor nearby.
The officials inspected the house and found that there was an empty space behind a wall under the stairs after they tried knocking on it and heard a hollow sound.
