Baby yoga instructor shocks the world anew with another video

“The children often turn out to be early readers, singers, talkers, swimmers. It also makes their hands stronger. We are humanists and we don’t do anything wrong.”

The infamous Russian baby-swinging “guru” is back doing what she does best: horrifying mothers and fathers everywhere with her extreme yoga methods involving infants.

“[Lena]Fokina first gained notoriety last year, when YouTube banned her videos for violating policy on ‘shocking and disgusting’ content,” said a report by The Globe and Mail.

“Viewers in the West and in Russia alike feared for the babies’ joints, not to mention their brains.”

According to the report, British Barcroft TV followed the 51-year-old to Dhaba, Egypt, where she runs baby yoga classes for Russian hippies.

“A video shows Ms. Fokina spinning, flipping and swinging naked newborns over her head, often by a single limb.”

Almost all of the babies were crying.

Lena said that her practice is safe (so far no injuries have been reported), and that she’s been doing it for decades.

She cites her two daughters who, as babies were also subjected to their mother’s ways, are now free-diving instructors.

Her method was developed by another Russian Igor Charkovsky, who says baby yoga is claimed to improve infant’s muscular developments.

On the blog Dadwagon, Lena told Nathan Thornburgh that “the children often turn out to be early readers, singers, talkers, swimmers. It also makes their hands stronger. We are humanists and we don’t do anything wrong.”

Moms, watch the video below and decide for yourself whether or not baby yoga is something you’d encourage.
