TV Host/Author Bianca Gonzalez and PBA player JC Intal celebrated their daughter Lucia’s first birthday with a Monsterrific party last October 15, Saturday, a week before her actual birthday.
The entire motif was inspired by the Disney film Monsters Inc. while guests were encouraged to come in whatever costume they choose!
JC, Bianca, and Lucia looked so adorable in their coordinated Sully, Mike, and Boo costumes!
JC even posted a side-by-side comparison of their family photo with a photo of the Disney characters.

Baby Zia, who’s also about to turn one soon, also graced the party!
Her ninang Roxanne Barcelo shared this photo of baby Zia dressed as an “enchanting fairy princess”.
Bianca’s friend, model Mikaela Martinez was also there with her son Maxen. “Happy birthday sweetie pie! I can’t believe it’s been a year already.. Too fast. We love you! Maxen will be sure to watch over you when you guys grow up…He’ll catch up,” wrote Mikaela in her post.
JC’s brother, Lucia’s tito Rex, was clad in a Harry Potter costume!
Their costumes were designed by SkitzoManila and Bianca was so happy with the result. “Loved all our costumes!!!!!!” she commented on SkitzoManila’s Instagram. “The monster feet make it so legit!!!”

“A rollercoaster year of no more than four hours of sleep, breastfeeding and pumping, exhaustion day in day out, and your smiles, silly antics, kisses, and hugs,” wrote the proud mom on Instagram. “I love you so much, Lucia. We did it!! One year, baby!!”
JC also shared a sweet message for his baby daughter: “Happy birthday, anak! Mahal na mahal ka namin ng mommy mo. I know you won’t even remember this day but I want the world to know how much you’ve filled our hearts with love, joy and never ending happiness,” gushed the doting dad. “I can’t believe it’s been a year already. Thank you @iamsuperbianca, my super wife, for preparing this birthday party for Lucia. (And also for your 1 year of supply of breastmilk for Lucia, haha) To our family, friends, and loved ones who came and shared Lucia’s 1st birthday with, thank you thank you THANK YOU for coming.”
