"Why would you judge a child?" Bimby Aquino Yap speaks out against rumors that he is gay

Kris Aquino's youngest son, Bimby Aquino Yap, has a surprisingly mature and well thought out response to the rumors spreading online that he is gay.

Ever since she was young, Kris Aquino has never been a stranger to the limelight. And as a mother, her children are also subject to the same scrutiny online. And it’s amazing that Bimby Aquino Yap, at the tender age of 10, knows exactly how to address rumors online.

Bimby Aquino Yap: “Why would you judge a child?”

In one segment of a video showcasing their home that was uploaded on Kris Aquino’s Youtube channel, Kris Aquino said, “I also have to be honest with all of you, it’s not easy to be my kids because wherever they go, di ba may social media, may mga issues, may mga ano.”

Bimby added, “People think I’m a homosexual… Why would you judge a child? Don’t judge a child.”

“It’s because we’re still learning for ourselves and puberty hasn’t struck for me yet,” he goes on.

Kris Aquino added that people shouldn’t be homophobic and that “Whatever your choice is in life, that’s your choice.”

Kris also praised her son Bimby for handling the issues in such a mature way. She tweeted, “I am doing my very best to raise a well-informed and respectful son. Thank you for recognizing that.”
