Short-Term Steps

  1. Join support groups
  2. Let yourself seek spiritual guidance
  3. Express your emotions freely
  4. Let your friends and loved ones help you
  5. Consult a therapist or other professionals

Long-Term Recovery

The long-term recovery of an individual depends greatly on their mental health and emotional well-being. It is essential to dedicate enough time to grieve. Allow time to heal and nurture your body and mind.

Keep in mind that moving on does not necessarily mean forgetting about your pregnancy and loss. A future pregnancy can never replace an early pregnancy loss. You must give yourself the time and space to fully grieve your loss before moving on.
