Proving that they are truly beauty and brains, celebrity kids Claudia Barretto and Juliana Gomez, graduated from the same high school recently with flying colors!

Their parents expressed their joy through Instagram. On instagram, actor Richard Gomez posted a video of him with Juliana and wife Lucy during the ceremony.
“May award si anak, mana talaga sa mommy niya, at siyempre kay daddy,” he wrote alongside the adorable clip.

Juliana has always been an excellent student. If you’ll recall, Lucy Torres shared a wonderful surprise from Juliana on instagram, posting a photo of her only daughter’s medals when she graduated from middle school in 2015.
Yesterday afternoon, our daughter graduated from Middle School. Her Dad and I, together with her LOLO Manoling Ang LOLA Julie, were in the audience. Juliana never let on that she had special awards that day. Imagine my (our) surprise when her name was called — first for the Athlete and Varsity awards (two separate ones) and then the Leadership Award. I was holding back my tears. Richard was stunned as well. We had no idea. She kept it from us all this time, wanting it to be a surprise. Words cannot say how proud we are of you @gomezjuliana.? Not so very long ago you were this little girl forever hiding behind my skirt, too shy to speak or be with people you’ve just met, and here you are now, blooming into your own person. All I ever pray for is that you will grow into whoever God wonderfully designed you to be. Fr. Eric echoed that so beautifully in the graduation mass yesterday, when he said that God’s will for each of you, whatever it is, should be the very basis of your own dreams. Actress and single mom Marjorie Barretto also shared her proud mommy moment on instagram, sharing a clip of her daughter Claudia receiving her award for academic excellence.
“Just as I was starting to feel that single parenting my grown up children was getting more and more challenging every day, I found myself lately praying extra harder for strength and wisdom as a mother,” she wrote on instagram.

Continuing, she wrote, “Today, my daughter Claudia gives me another academic award, and I suddenly feel recharged. I feel strong again. I feel I’m not doing so bad after all, and I am reminded that the rewards are greater than the trials I face in raising them. Thank you Claudia. Your hard work and anxiety paid off, and you just made me the happiest Mommy today. I love you.”
