Research suggests that while drinking eight glasses of water a day is still best, drinking moderate amounts of 100% fruit juice can help ensure an overall well-balanced diet for kids and adults alike. Fruit Cocktail Punch

Fruit Cocktail Punch

Ingredients:
2 parts Welch’s Grape Juice 1 part Happy Day 100% Orange Juice 1 part Mott\'s 100% Apple Juice 1⁄2 part Calamansi Juice Welch\'s Sparkling Red Grape Juice

Steps: Mix first 4 ingredients. Top with Welch\'s Sparkling Red Grape Juice. Garnish with cut strawberries, green apples cubes and orange slices.

Apple Citrus Cooler

Ingredients:
2 parts Motts 100% Apple Juice 1 part Happy Day 100% Orange Juice 1⁄2 part Calamansi Juice Welch\'s Sparkling White Grape Juice

Steps: Mix first 4 ingredients. Top with Welch\'s Sparkling White Grape Juice. Garnish with cucumber and green apple slices.

Cosmopolitan (non-alcoholic)

Cosmopolitan (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients:
3 parts Old Orchard Cranberry Juice 1⁄2 part Happy Day Orange Juice 1⁄2 part Calamansi Juice

Steps: Mix all ingredients. Garnish with lime or orange slice.

English Orange

English Orange

Ingredients:
60 ml cold black tea 40 ml Happy Day Orange 10 ml lime juice 10 ml syrup Ice cubes

Directions: Mix all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and pour into a glass over ice. Serve with a couple of English cookies.
