DMCI Homes helps new homeowners move in with ease

DMCI Homes helps new homeowners move in with ease

DMCI Homes launches “Home Ease,” an exclusive program that aims to help new homeowners move into their units with ease.

While getting the keys to your own place is incredibly exciting, studies say moving home is stressful at the same time with all the effort and planning that it entails.

This same reason prompted DMCI Homes to launch “Home Ease,” an exclusive program for newly-completed condominium projects that aims to help new homeowners move into their units with ease.

For a reasonable rate, new homeowners can avail of basic handyman services provided by the Property Management Office’s (PMO) dedicated Home Ease Team that covers one-day lipat-bahay assistance and minor drilling and installation of fittings and fixtures.

Services offered include installation of bidets, deadbolts, facial mirror, kitchen lights, range hood exhaust, TV wall bracket, and curtain rod to name a few.

First to benefit from the Home Ease handyman services are the homeowners of Prisma Residences in Pasig City and The Atherton in Parañaque City, but the program will soon be offered to more newly ready-for-occupancy projects as well.

DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria said Home Ease is another product of the collaboration of various DMCI Homes units who are continuously creating solutions to improve customer experience.

“At DMCI Homes, we have employee councils and committees working together to further elevate customer experience from buying to moving into their units, as well as improving their living experience in our communities,” Austria said.

“Members of these councils and committees come from different departments to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to creating programs that benefit our customers,” he added.

DMCI Homes is the Philippines’ first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. The company’s portfolio boasts of more than 60 properties since it was launched in 1999.
