A family has been caught on video as their neighbors worked together to rescue them from the oncoming flood caused by the heavy rains.

They thought they were going to die

The video shows the three children being successfully rescued by the neighbors. However, it almost turns into a disaster when it’s their mother’s turn to be rescued as they rescuers and the mother accidentally slip and almost fall into the rushing water.

According to one of the rescuers, they thought that they were going to die since the waters were already at neck level, and there were also a few power cables that were dangling nearby.

The family’s home was located just beside a river, which made it a very dangerous place to live in since the river easily floods due to the trash that people throw in the river.

Thankfully, all of them were rescued and the family is now safe. However, the same can’t be said for their homes, which have been destroyed when the strong rains caused the nearby river to overflow and cause a flash flood.
