Some Tips
Here are some tips for managing life as a mom of one child while working from home as a virtual assistant:
1. Set aside dedicated work time each day, and make sure your family respects that time. Let your spouse or partner know when you’re available to help with childcare, and ask them to take over during those times so you can focus at work.
2. Create a schedule for yourself and stick to it as much as possible. This will help you stay organized and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
3. Don’t be afraid to delegate tasks or ask for help when you need it. You can’t do everything by yourself! Ask your spouse or partner to pitch in around the house, or hire a babysitter or cleaning service if necessary.
4. Make time for yourself every day, even if it’s just 15-20 minutes. This is important for both your physical and mental health. Take a break from work to read, take a walk, breathe in, breathe out.
