For people trying to lose weight, cutting back on snacks can be a challenge. That's why we prepared a list of healthy snacks that also have low calories!

Let's face it, the one of the hardest aspects of dieting is giving up those tasty snacks in between meals.

That's why we made a list of 10 tasty snacks that are healthy and are all under 100 calories!

1. 13 whole almonds

Almonds not only taste good, but they're also packed full of nutrition!

Almonds have a lot of Vitamin E, Phosphorus, and 13 whole almonds only have 90 calories! It's a perfect snack for those looking to lose weight.

2. A medium sized apple

Did you know that an apple a day also keeps the pounds away? One medium sized apple contains only 70 calories, making it a great snack.

3. Half of a baked potato

Baked potatoes are actually pretty healthy. Half of a baked potato only has 85 calories, and also keeps you full. Just make sure to hold the butter!

Instead, you can use a tomato salsa as a topping for your baked potato. Tasty, and healthy!

A cup of blueberries only has 85 calories, around the same as a baked potato. Blueberries also have a lot of nutrients and antioxidants to keep you healthy!

At 80 calories, a serving of 20 cherries is good for those looking to lose weight. Cherries are also chock-full of beta carotene, vitamin C, and anthocyanin, all of which are good for you!

6. 30 grapes

A serving of 30 grapes has exactly 100 calories, making it much easier to count your daily caloric intake!

Grapes are also full of antioxidants, and they're a great snack for when you need an energy boost.

7. Kiwis

Kiwis are full of vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, fiber, vitamin E, and a host of other healthy nutrients.

They're also great for munching on, as kiwis only have 45 calories per fruit! So you can eat two and they'll still be under 100 calories. Great!

Ah, peanuts. Peanuts are one of the most common snacks, and they're also pretty good for you!

Pineapples have a lot of phytochemicals, which are disease-fighting and immune boosting substances.
