Let's face it, the one of the hardest aspects of dieting is giving up those tasty snacks in between meals.

That's why we made a list of 10 tasty snacks that are healthy and are all under 100 calories!

1. 13 whole almonds

Almonds not only taste good, but they're also packed full of nutrition!

Almonds have a lot of Vitamin E, Phosphorus, and 13 whole almonds only have 90 calories! It's a perfect snack for those looking to lose weight.

Did you know that an apple a day also keeps the pounds away? One medium sized apple contains only 70 calories, making it a great snack.

Grapes are also full of antioxidants, and they're a great snack for when you need an energy boost.
