It looks like Heart Evangelista is “nesting” as she shares a photo of her soon-to-be home. The photo, which the actress shared on her Instagram account, shows Heart sitting on a makeshift wooden chair in a bare room of her future home.
She is dressed casually in blue jeans and a crisp, white shirt, a hard hat perched atop her head.
“All my hard work,” the caption simply reads.
Space for a family and five dogs
Heart’s new home is sure to have lots of space for a family.
In a previous interview, Heart revealed that she and her husband, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero, plan to get pregnant after the national elections. Chiz has since conceded from the vice presidential race.
The Kapuso actress also has five dogs, so she will need a yard and lots of open space for her furry babies.

A heart for art
Heart is known for her impeccable sense of style, which is sure to translate into the design of her new home. With a heart for art, Heart is likely to adorn her new home with beautiful art pieces, some of which may be her very own creations.
The actress is the artist behind the Love Marie Painted Bags enterprise, whereby she hand-paints gorgeous prints on Hermes designer bags.
She has painted some 40 bags so far for different clients. Her fee for painting one bag is a whopping Php 90,000, and her designs are so in-demand that there is a waiting list. In an article on GMA News, the actress explained she does not want to flood the market.
In January, Heart also opened her fourth solo art exhibit, “Oceans Apart by Love Marie”, at the Ayala Museum. Ocean life was the theme of the exhibit–a sweet reminder of Heart’s childhood fishing trips with her dad.
We can’t wait to see more of Heart’s new home!
