There’s a certain bond among fathers and their daughters that cannot just be explained. A dad would always occupy a place in a girl’s heart, and a father would always have a soft spot for her daughter.

So for celebrity dad Jake Ejercito, everything he does is just his way of showing his love for his daughter, Ellie.
The netizens, however, have taken notice of this adorable father-daughter relationship and can’t help but admire Jake for being such an amazing dad.
In one of his recent posts on Facebook, Jake shared about the positive comments he’s been receiving about being a good father to Ellie. He said that while he is humbled and grateful for the kind remarks, he feels that like just any dad, he is just trying to be the best for his little girl.
“Been receiving lots of positive comments about me being a “good” dad to Ellie. Though I am truly humbled by and appreciate all the kind words, I honestly don’t think I’m doing anything special. I’m just trying to be the best dad for my daughter.”
It takes a village
The young dad also emphasized that he could not have done it without a lot of help from the people in his and Ellie’s life. He went on to acknowledge the guidance and support of his family, relatives, helpers and of course, Ellie’s mom, Andi Eigenmann with whom he shares custody.
“With that said, I’d also like to point out that I couldn’t have done it alone, especially at the beginning at such a young age and in a less than ideal situation.“God knows how it would’ve turned out without the guidance and support extended to me/us by my parents, siblings, relatives, friends, and our kasambahays. And of course, Andi’s been a great co-parent too. They da real MVP’s!”“The photos and videos you see are mostly just me and Ellie, but it does take a village to raise a child and boy do we have an awesome one.”
