Maggie Wilson and husband Victor Consunji have separated after 10 years of marriage. The former beauty queen announced her split up with her husband via an Instagram post on September 27.
She wrote:
“We want you to hear it from us directly. Vic and I have made the difficult decision a while back to separate. It’s been challenging to say the least, but we want you to know that there is no animosity between us. We will always love and support each other no matter what. We will always be a family as we share our beautiful son, Connor, together.
“We have remained really good friends and partners and will continue to do so. Both of us want nothing more than for each other to be happy. We’d like to ask for your kindness, understanding, love, and support as we navigate this new chapter in our lives.”

Maggie Wilson and Victor Consunji: Love story
When Maggie Wilson and Victor Consunji first met each other, they admitted that sparks did not instantly fly. They were both in a relationship at the time.
Plus, Maggie admitted that she was not into “good-looking men” because, she reasoned, when a guy is handsome, “ang daming kasamang problema.” She added that there would always be girls hanging around—and she wanted none of it.
Victor was not only good-looking. He was accomplished too. He had his own construction company Victor Consunji Development Corp. and was a scion of Isidro Consunji of the DMCI group of companies.
“We became friends first,” Victor said in an interview with GMA-7’s Powerhouse. “Over the course of a year, our friendship got a little stronger. And by the time that the two of us were single, our romance kind of blossomed.”
He added: “By our first date, I knew I was gonna marry her.”
Victor explained that he felt something for her that he didn’t feel in other women. So he pursued her.
He said he liked Maggie because she was a “strong-minded, independent, beautiful woman.”
Maggie was an actress before joining Binibining Pilipinas in 2007, where she was crowned Miss World Philippines. She went on to become a VJ for MTV.
Maggie and Victor eventually got married—twice! They have a son named Connor.
