It may be autumn soon in the US, but Boomer Phelps isn’t quite ready to say goodbye to the summer. In a new video posted to his Instagram, Michael Phelps’ son is shown enjoying Labor Day like a boss.

“He’s definitely gonna be a cool kid,” Phelps told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. We couldn’t agree more.

Michael Phelps announced during the Rio Olympics that he would be retiring from professional swimming. What’s his newest gig? On his latest appearance on The Tonight Show, the 31-year-old dad revealed to Jimmy Fallon that he’s the voice behind Boomer’s Instagram account.
Phelps looks like he’s a natural at social media, because Boomer currently has over 704,000 followers.
“It’s insane,” Phelps told Fallon. “He’s got to be the most followed baby in the world!”
Phelps’ fiancée Nicole Johnson takes the photos, while he usually provides the witty captions.
Other than working on his son’s social media presence, Phelps is also volunteering with the Arizona State University swim team and preparing for his upcoming wedding.
