This ninang's conversation with her kumare is just all too real

This ninang's conversation with her kumare is just all too real

One ninang shared her previous messages with her namamaskong kumare, and the hilarious conversation quickly went viral on social media!

Here in the Philippines, it’s not uncommon for a ninang or a ninong to be hounded by their inaanaks during the holidays. However, one woman shares a slightly different story, as it was her kumare who was the one constantly asking for ‘pamasko’ on behalf of her child!

“Hindi po ako bangko”

Dyanne Jordan Montiero recently shared a series of conversations she had with her kumare who was asking her to give her pamasko to her inaanak.

Their conversation started innocently enough, with her kumare telling her that her inaanak will be visiting.

However, things quickly started to escalate when her kumare quipped that her house was too far, and asked if she could send the ‘pamasko’ through Smart Padala instead!

Thankfully, Dyanne stayed polite throughout their entire conversation, even as her kumare became more insistent that she send the money to her inaanak.

Regardless, Dyanne felt that her kumare went too far when she asked to just send the ‘pamasko’ through Smart Padala.

She wrote: “Naglalaan ako kahit tig-kokonti para mabigyan sila tuwing pasko. Para mapasaya yung mga inaanak ko. Pero to the point na kelangan ko pa ipadala sa Smart Padala? Hindi po ako bangko.”

She also pointed out that as a ninang, her job wasn’t to give money to her inaanaks, but to guide them and teach them right from wrong. She added that even if she’s currently unemployed, she still makes it a point to set aside some money to give to her inaanak.
