A mother finds the letter that her daughter wrote before she died in a tragic accident

A mother finds the letter that her daughter wrote before she died in a tragic accident

One mother shares the note that her beloved daughter wrote just moments before she passed away in a tragic accident.

17 year old Sarah Harmening had big plans for herself. Instead of hanging out and having fun for the summer, she opted to instead to humanitarian and missionary work in Botswana to help people out.

However, her young life was cut short by a tragic bus accident.

It was an unexpected loss

Sarah’s mother shared Sarah’s note on social media, a note that she wrote only a few minutes before she died.

She wrote that she was uncomfortable with being out of the US for such a long time, and that whenever she feels those feelings, she turns to the bible for her inspiration.

She then writes “Pretty much everything I read applies to me now … I mean, how awesome is that? So mostly, I was just reminded of why I’m here and that God has called me here and He’s done so for a reason. So I know He’s going to do incredible things.”

Sarah’s faith in the Lord was very strong, so her unexpected loss was extra painful for her family and friends whom she constantly inspired.

On the morning right before she died, she sent a text message to her cousins saying, “We are like a wisp of smoke. We are only here for a moment and it’s not about us. Life is not about us. It’s about God, who is eternal, so I want to dedicate the one moment I’m here completely and entirely to Him.”

Later that day, Sarah was involved in a car accident, just 5 minutes away from the airport. She was the only one who passed away during the accident, and it was an unexpected loss for everyone.

She might have passed, but she continues to inspire

Sadly, Sarah wasn’t able to help people like she wanted to. But even if she has already passed away, her story and faith is now being used by her family in order to inspire other people.

Her family is using the note that she wrote, as well as the story of her life to serve as an inspiration for people to find God, as well as to provide hope for anyone, and everyone who needs it.

The strong faith that Sarah had in life serves as a reminder for everyone that no matter what happens, faith is one of the most important things that a person can ever have. Having a strong relationship with God, and finding a place for him in your heart is truly an amazing thing.

Her faith now brings hope and joy to a lot of people, and her last words before she passed now serve as an inspiration for thousands of people, as it’s now gone viral on social media. Hopefully, her memory lives on in the hearts and minds of everyone who reads her letter.
