A mommy blogger and a mom of 2.

We met through his brother, which was my co-worker at my previous company.

A tricky mind game which will need you to find clues and get the key to every doors para maka-proceed ka sa next level. I accidentally loved and kill the game and halos buong office hours nasa akin ang mobile ni in-law.

But without knowing, si “future husband” pala was the only one playing the game when they had the chance to meet sa house ni in-law after office hours. He was quite disappointed and a little outraged to see palagi na ‘yung level he was in before, na pass ko na ng malayo bago dumating ulit sa kanya ‘yung mobile phone. Hehe.

During also that time, hubby has already facing issues with his ex-girlfriend and my in-laws are already telling him to stop the relationship as it was already very toxic and giving him too much stress. Which little did I know, na ang brother in-law ko ay pinapakilala na ako paunti-unti sa kaniya and vice versa.

Honestly, from the stories I heard pa lang, I started to like him.

Si kuya ang naging bridge namin. I was also single for 2 years that time, as I came from a really traumatic relationship.

So, I made a promise to myself and prayed really hard to God. I prayed for signs.

Fast forward, in-law gave him my number. I waited from the day kuya told me to wait for his text. After 2 days and I can still remember that day, it was Sunday and we just finished of our Sunday church service, he texted me “Hi!”.

Pero I still want to make sure, so I replied, “Sino po sila?”. Then there started everything.

We browsed each others facebook and I saw what he looked like, medyo disappointed ako kasi hindi gaanong pogi.

Judgement day came! He will visit me sa bahay to formally meet tatay.

Madaming temptations before na made me not wait for the signs I prayed. Pero if you really wait and trust Him sa prayers mo, hindi ka Niya ife-fail.

Nakakalungkot lang isipin na maraming mag-asawa ang naghihiwalay na ang reason ay na-fall out of love sila, they were cheated on or they found something sa partner nila na they didn’t know before they got married.

For me, if you prayed really hard for your partner, never will you have these reasons. Kasi the Lord will help you make a choice bago ka pa mapasubo sa isang relation na mahihirapan ka na makaalis.
