It’s been a month since Robin Padilla’s wife of six years, actress and TV Host Mariel Rodriguez, who is a U.S. citizen, gave birth to their first baby in Delaware, U.S.A.

Robin was unable to obtain a visa due to a previous legal case, for which he served a four-year prison term.

The couple has been through a lot, too. Just last year, Mariel suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage, which caused them to lose triplets.

So the arrival of Baby Isabella, the couple’s first baby, is a joyous one indeed and thanks to the wonders of modern technology, dad Robin can share her unforgettable milestones.

It is the same technology that allows the couple to share these moments with their thousands of followers on social media.

In a recent post, the new mom happily reported that their little one is now 21 inches and weighs 7.5 lbs.

At first, the overjoyed mom thought her little one looked more like her, but after she posted another photo of Isabella her friends and followers begged to differ.

“Everyone as in E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E said she looks like her Dad!!!!” she shared in an interview with entertainment website PEP.

“Mukha naman natuwa si Maria Isabella sa first family picture namin…”

For his part, Robin shared their “first family picture”, a screenshot snapped by the actor while he was videochatting with Mariel.

“Nothing is impossible with the creator!! Thank you my only God for the blessing of technology PRAISE GOD,” marvelled the proud dad, pointing out how Isabella looks like she’s smiling as her mom holds her up closer to the webcam. “Mukha naman natuwa si Maria Isabella sa first family picture namin.”
