The adorable bunso of Celebrity Doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho just turned a year older!
Unicorns, balloons, and flowers filled the venue, making it a candy-colored playland! According to GMA News, celebrity kids with their parents, as well as Scarlet’s ninangs were all in attendance.
The venue for Scarlet’s bash was Whitespace in Makati. Event designer Barbie Pardo-Tangco made use of pastel balloons, flowers, frills and fur to create a pastel dreamland for Scarlet and her guests.
There were fluffy, pink carpets to frolick on and hot air balloons overhead!
The birthday girl looked cute in a pink, tulle dress and glittery flats!
Doting dad Hayden got emotional on Instagram, sharing a touching photo of him with newborn Scarlet, writing:
“What is time but a measure of memories? Two years ago today your arrival changed me and filled my life with beautiful memories. My soul expanded because of you,” he wrote, recalling her adorable milestones: her first words, learning to walk, and how feeding her was so easy since she loved veggies and fruits.
“You shocked us when you learned how to read the whole alphabet at 1yr and 4mos,” marveled Hayden. “There are many more… Oh @scarletsnowbelo if you only know how much happiness you are bringing to so many people. I love you so much. Thank you for coming into our lives. Happy 2nd birthday.”
For her part, mom Vicki posted a greeting for her precious daughter on her own Instagram: “Our bundle of joy is turning 2 today. Time passes so quickly and I am so happy to be able to enjoy her so much. My wish for you [Scarlet] is that you will always have joy in your life knowing God and your parents love you so so much.”

Jennylyn Mercado and her son Jazz were also present at the event! On Instagram, Jennylyn shared a photo of the two cute celebrity kids with the caption: “Happy birthday Scarlet! We love you!”
Scarlet’s playmate Feather, the daughter of John Prats and Isabel Oli, didn’t miss out on the fun!
“It’s my birthday! Thank you for coming!” exclaimed Scarlet as she was blowing out her candles. She’s wowed as time and time again with her advanced verbal skills.
“Thank you for coming! I love you everyone!” she said, ending the fun-filled day with even more good vibes!
