Just over a month after her split from Timothy Tan, Sunshine Dizon is back at work, with a slimmer body to boot.
She also put up a new Instagram account, perhaps in an effort to start anew.
In one of her recent posts, the 33-year-old mom of two appears to have lost a lot of weight.
She shared this photo with her Encantadia co-star 7-foot-tall Conan Stevens (formerly of Game of Thrones) which made it even easier to see just how much her frame has changed.
Many have commented that Sunshine seems to have gone back to her pre-pregnancy weight; she gave birth to her eldest, Doreen, in 2011.
So, how did she do it?
She reveals her slimming secrets through her Instagram account, crediting Dra. Vicki Belo for helping enhance her shape.
First, she underwent a procedure called Elixir Plus, which is a body contouring and skin-tightening machine designed to tighten loose skin on the neck and decolletage; it also trims flabs.
To further accentuate her new shape, she also underwent Laser Lipo, which is a minimally invasive procedure that removes fat.
According to Dra. Vicki Belo herself, in a previous interview with PEP, the Laser Lipo is "the best option to get the exact sculpting a person wants, whether for the arms, thighs, waist".

Another procedure that Sunshine swears by is Belo's V-Contour, which is a 15-minute treatment that makes one's face look smaller by trimming fats.
'Thank you Dra. @victoria_belo @belobeauty. Exilis to maintain smaller waist after laser liposuction (finally 27 inches from 37 inches and having two kids) and Vcontour for the face to achieve that beautiful V shape," wrote Sunshine alongside her Instagram post.
But she's also a fan of going the natural route; she often goes to the gym where she workouts with a trainer.
