Spurned woman Sunshine Dizon took to Instagram on Monday to send a clear message to her estranged husband Timothy Tan.
“No forgiveness for what you did. No annulment for you,” Dizon said.
Tan had earlier confirmed to ABS-CBN that he has split from Dizon, and that they will be seeking annulment soon.
In a previous Instagram post, which has since been deleted, Sunshine lambasted her ex for allegedly neglecting his responsibilities to his family, and alluded to an extra marital affair on the part of Tan.
“You have disregarded your responsibilities and turned into a monster, all the lies and deception,” Sunshine said. According to her, she has kept quiet about their marital problems for close to a year.
“You will get what you deserve. If you really have balls, face the consequences of your actions. You ruined two families. You ruined the lives of our children. For almost a year you had the audacity to live with that woman in the same building where your own children live. You took my hard-earned money. I have refused to give interviews out of respect for your family but instead you go ahead and do it on your own,” she also said.
“I will seek justice. I will see you both in court,” Sunshine vowed in another Instagram post, which was accompanied by a quote on ‘terrible people’.

The other woman?
On June 17, Sunshine also posted the picture of a woman, whom she identified as “Clarissa Soriano Sison”, and whom she revealed works in St. Luke’s hostpital.
“Oh and by the way, how was it like to live so near me? Exactly 3 floors up in the same building were my children and i live. And did you also enjoyed your U.S trip recently? So excited to hear all about it, im pretty sure your husband will be so happy also. I do hope its all worth it,” she said in her post.
Two days after posting the photo, an IG user, clang_sison, commented, “Don’t imply. Why can’t you tell it straight? Because you have no proof eh? Am I right? No proof! So better stop all these.”
Sunshine also posted a picture of what seems to be a letter between Tan and Sison as she tagged Sison in the caption.

Meanwhile, a statement was issued in a Facebook account under the name of Clarissa Soriano Sison, proclaiming her innocence and appealing to the public not to judge. The account, however, has not been verified to belong to the Clarissa Sison now embroiled in the bitter feud between Dizon and her husband.

Loving parents
Despite the split, both Dizon and Tan have assured their children that they are loved.
In a report on Rappler, Tan promised to remain a good father their two children. He also apologized to the people who have directly or indirectly been dragged into the issue.
Dizon, on her part, said, “At the end of the day I will always have you two, and it will all be worth it. Keep your heads up, Mama will protect you. Keep your heads up and have pride knowing you will always be loved.”
In an official statement, Dizon admitted her she and her kids are having a difficult time, especially now that the issue has been publicized. She also swore to see her legal battle to its close.
Hindi po madali ang pinag dadaanan ko at ng mga anak ko ngayon (What my kids and I are going through is not easy). I’m trying my best to keep everything private but my situation as an actress makes it difficult to keep everything away from the public.”
“Please bear with me in this difficult situation as I’am preparing for battle,” she also said.
“…your overwhelming support inspires me to fight not only for myself, for my children but also for those out there who are in the same situation like me,” she told her supporters.
“As a wife and mother who uncovered lies hindi po tama siguro na ako ay manahimik lamang (it’s not right for me to just keep quiet) and I assure everyone that I will finish this legal battle until the end,” she said, promising to say only the truth regarding the issue.
