Beautiful moments occur throughout pregnancy.

Here are some of it:

1. You toss and turn in your bed at night trying to find the best sleeping position.

2. Your growing belly causes you to stop now and then to catch your breath, as well as becoming quite tired.

3. Real pregnancy brain exists. – You’ll begin to forget things more quickly.

4. You start to feel anxious as you keep thinking about your upcoming labor and delivery.

Moreover, it proves that being pregnant is a lovely and worthwhile experience. Aside from those mentioned, let’s not overlook the initial stage we went through. Woah! Right, let’s think back to those bizarre urges we had no idea existed. Hahaha!

I have vivid memories of being picky about the foods I eat throughout my first stage, or first trimester. Most of the time, I feel bad for my spouse for looking for and purchasing goods that I am aware are not accessible to us or within our area.

My palate is constantly on the lookout for: A very cold and revitalizing buko juice, fried pork chops, rice cake (puto), a hot chocolate drink, and the list goes on. It is quite strange to think back on those times when I craved meals that I didn’t typically eat or enjoy prior to becoming pregnant.

Mommies, whatever you want to eat, though, doesn’t mean you should deprive yourself. Give your taste buds the satisfaction they deserve. Enjoy every stage and every moment like this because we never know when the big day of welcoming our children will arrive.

The fact that we had to make such difficult decisions about what to eat and drink, which occasionally made us cry for no apparent reason, was nevertheless rewarding. Yes! And I did it too! ^_^

Moms, relax; we can get through this. To ensure your safety and the safety of your unborn child, just ensure to consume in moderation.
