Things you can find at home that can help reduce wrinkles!

These ingredients are not great for refreshing your skin and reducing wrinkles, but they're also super easy to find at home!

Moms, are you worried about wrinkles, but find that those anti-aging creams can be a bit too pricey? Well, here are some things you can easily find at home that would help reduce wrinkles!

Reduce wrinkles with these things you can find at home!

1. Olive oil

Aside from being an ingredient in food, olive oil is also pretty good for your skin! It has a lot of antioxidants and can help prevent the formation of free radicals that can cause early aging.

To use, simply massage a small amount of olive oil onto your skin before going to sleep and it should help reduce the number of fine lines and wrinkles in your skin.

2. Fresh fruits and vegetables

Your skin can also benefit if you eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Stock up on foods rich in vitamin E as well as foods that are rich in vitamin C so that you can nourish not only your body, but your skin as well.

3. Use a banana face mask

Aside from being a tasty treat, bananas can also be used as a face mask. Mash up one banana, mix it a teaspoon of orange juice and a teaspoon of plain yogurt and you have a face mask that has vitamin A to fade dark spots, vitamin B to prevent aging, and potassium to revitalize and hydrate your skin!

4. Vitamin and mineral supplements

Vitamin C helps keep your skin healthy, repairs sun damage and can prevent the appearance of fine lines. Additionally, minerals such as selenium can prevent wrinkles and is also a powerful antioxidant.

5. Make an egg white mask

An egg white mask is super easy to make! Just mix one egg white, a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, and a teaspoon of honey and then use the mixture as a face mask.

The lemon juice has vitamin C that’s good for your skin, and the honey has antiseptic and antibacterial effects on your skin.  The egg whites help tighten your skin, shrinks pores, and keeps your skin moisturized and healthy.

6. A cucumber yogurt blend

This one’s pretty easy to make. Just puree half of a cucumber with some mint leaves, add half a cup of greek yogurt, and pop the mixture in the fridge and you have a cool face mask!

This mixture can help revitalize, tighten, lighten, and hydrate your skin. The great thing is that it’s all natural, so there are no harmful chemicals that might harm sensitive skin.
