As a way of celebrating their preemie's first year of life, these parents made a heartwarming tribute for him.

Last September 2014, Mary Grier gave birth to two babies only 24 weeks into her pregancy. One of the two boys, unfortunately, was stillborn. The other, Jack, was barely 2 pounds and 13 inches long with only a 50% shot at survival.

A year later, Jack is growing up healthy and celebrating his first birthday and Mary is paying tribute to him in this beautiful tribute video.
