And for those who love the tradition of prosperity toss, Crystal Dragon offers an abalone yu sheng. Empress Dining Palace

Indulge in the succulent crispy tiger prawn with fruits, infused with the delicate aroma of baked almonds in Osmanthus sauce. Another must-try dish is the sautéed Wagyu beef tender cubes with mushrooms. Elevated by the rich intensity of black pepper sauce.

Chef Waai Hoi Yeung, the Chinese executive chef at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, presents a delectable Lunar New Year feast at Lung Hin. From February 5 to 11, indulge in his culinary creations. Featuring eight à la carte masterpieces and a sumptuous nine-course set menu.

Highlights of the menu include the auspicious yee sang for luck. Accompanied by fork-tender braised pork knuckle and sea moss, as well as savory fried rice with taro and Chinese sausage.
