The 40-year-old actress proudly shared how she lost 50 pounds in less than a year, hoping to inspire her fellow moms to get fit!
Seeing photos of her visible weight gain as well as negative comments challenged her to slim down.
“Dumating ako sa point na, lalabas ako at may magpapa-picture sa akin. Pagtalikod ko ang maririnig mo, ‘Ang taba naman niyan, nakakaloka’,” she told PEP, adding that it is her obligation as a public persona to look good and feel good about herself.
How did she do it? Gym, diet, determination, and admittedly, some minor cosmetic enhancements. Her honesty just makes her fitness journey all the more inspiring.
“You should always treat your first day of exercise as if it’s not your first day,” she advised. “It’s an everyday development, progress…kapag tinamad ka, wala na.”

Aside from hitting the gym regularly, the 39-year-old actress/TV Host credits the Cohen diet for her inspiring weight loss transformation.
“It’s a diet na based on your blood type and it’s really working for me. Alam mo, yung cost niya it’s not that bad because yung babayaran mo lang naman is for the whole six months of the program already,” the mom-of-three told ABS-CBN news. The Cohen diet costs about P55,000. For those who don’t want to shell out that much, Judy Ann offers this advice, no matter what fitness regimen you begin: “Ang key talaga to lose weight is discipline. Dapat talaga, kapag sinabi mong ‘magpapapayat ako’, there’s no turning back. Kailangan dire-diretsuhin mong gawin talaga siya.”

The 46-year-old TV host and actress turns to Juju cleanses, which involves a quick detox for a few days, to shed some pounds.
She also hit the gym and adopted a healthier lifestyle to maintain a normal blood pressure. Working out has become a way to bond with her kids, too. Kris does a lot of cardio, while Joshua focuses more on strength training. She also taught Joshua to get fit by being more disciplined when it comes to controlling what he eats. The proud mom recently shared that her eldest son lost over 100 pounds in less than a year.

She also tried the Anti-Plateau diet, which help her shed 165 lbs. in six weeks. This type of diet “encourages the use of anti-inflamatory ingredients, such as turmeric, ginger, lemongrass, basil, pineapple, and others that are rich in omega-3.”
