Chelsea Clinton welcomes second child

The daughter of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton just welcomed her second child with husband Marc Mezvinsky

Former U.S. presidential daughter Chelsea Clinton welcomed her second child (and first son) with husband Marc Mazvinsky on June 18, 2016. Their first child, Charlotte, is 20 months old.

The beaming mom-of-two shared the happy news with her 1 million twitter followers on Saturday morning, writing, “Marc and I are overwhelmed with gratitude and love as we celebrate the birth of our son, Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky.”

But, she wasn’t the only one who was overjoyed.

Chelsea wasn’t the only one to share the happy news. Her mom, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and her dad, former president Bill Clinton also released a statement saying that they are “overjoyed to be grandparents again.”

“We are all over the moon as Chelsea and Marc welcome Charlotte’s little brother to the world and grateful for our many blessings,” said the couple. “Chelsea and Aidan are both doing well and enjoying this very special time together.”
