For the first time since the birth of his first child, Dingdong Dantes granted his first interview.
24 Oras caught up with him at Marco Polo Club in Mckinley Taguig the day after his wife Marian Rivera gave birth to their first child.
Dingdong was present to show his support for the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) sa #NowPh campaign ng National Youth Commission, as the commissioner-at-large.
The actor said in the interview that the birth of his first child was like a miracle.
He shared, “Nagkaroon siya ng buhay sa mga mata ko, I really saw it, paglabas and narinig ko yung pag-iyak. At talagang pinaka-precious na moment sa kasaysayan ng buhay ko na hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan.”
Dingdong Dantes thanks everyone for the prayers and well-wishes for his family. He is so smitten with his little one that he says he takes a photo of her every hour.
Marian and Baby Zia are doing splendidly. Dingdong says she is the spitting image of her mom.
