This ripped dad could teach us a thing or two about multi-tasking! In this adorable video which is quickly going viral, we see a hunky dad doing push-ups over his baby daughter, who can’t stop giggling as he lowers himself to the ground for a quick kiss in between push-ups.
The California-based dad shared the video on Youtube looked happy sneaking in a workout while simply putting a smile on his daughter’s face, and the thousands of other viewers who can’t get enough of the adorable clip.

At the beginning of the video, we see the shirtless dad setting up the camera while his little girl lies on the carpet waiting for him.
He assumes a push-up position and asks the cute toddler: ‘Ready?’. Though she has no clue what is about to happen she quickly bursts into laughter as her dad gives her quick kisses on the forehead, an audible ‘Muah’ accompanying each peck.
Then, she starts waving her hands and kicking her legs as if wanting to get into the workout.
She turns her head and dad sneaks in another kiss, which makes the baby girl laugh even harder!
Towards the end of the clip, the dad slows down and covers her with kisses until he finishes his workout.
