Heart Evangelista is back from her vacation, and is gearing up for pregnancy. The Kapuso star and wife of Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero revealed that getting pregnant is among her top priorities this year.
According to a report by Al Noguera on GMA News, Heart went straight to the taping of her new show, Juan Happy Love Story, upon her return from a vacation in Balesin Island. Below are the highlights of Noguera’s interview

Despite her busy schedule, however, Heart said she is still very much focused on getting pregnant within the year.
Heart is already a step-mom to Chiz’s kids from a former marriage.

“Ang pagbubuntis sa ‘kin, para siyang isang malaking project. (Getting pregnant is like a big project for me.) I’m starting to swim, bike, and run again. I’m really just preparing my body for my baby,” she said.
“Puro kami babae, isa lang ‘yung lalaking kapatid ko. Gusto ko talaga ng boy. But definitely kung boy, ine-name ko siyang Francis, Jr., named after Chiz,” she also said.
(“We are all girls in our family. I only have one make sibling. I really want a boy. But if it’s a boy, I will definitely name him Francis Jr., named after Chiz.”)
