An ecstatic Jinkee Pacquiao took to Instagram to congratulate her husband on his unanimous victory over Jessie Vargas, earning the WBO Welterweight belt.
“I thank the Lord for an answered prayer, for granting us the victory.”
“Congratulations my babe! God is good always,” wrote Jinkee on Instagram. “I thank the Lord for an answered prayer, for granting us the victory. Indeed, we are victorious through Him who loved us! I love you. I rejoice with you. God is awesome!”

She also took time to thank the Filipino people for their love and support.
“Thank you Lord for everything! Salamat sa lahat ng suporta ninyo, pagmamahal, at lalong lalo na sa dasal ninyong lahat mga kababayan! To God be all the glory!” she wrote in another post.

Manny also posted a message of gratitude through his instagram account, writing: “To God be the glory. Thank you to my wife, children, family, friends, and all my fans across the world for all the support you showed me tonight. I love you all. God Bless everyone. #teampacquiao”
Despite saying he would be retiring from the sport earlier this year, it seems that the boxer turned Senator is returning to his first love, after all. No news so far as to when his next fight will be.
