It was a marvelous, fun-filled day as actor Joross Gamboa’s son with wife Katz celebrated his first birthday!
“Happy birthday, Jace Kyler! We love you so much!” wrote the doting dad, enclosing with his greeting a verse from the Book of Proverbs: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he won’t depart from it.”

Superheroes don’t just need to catch bad guys; they need to catch some Zs, too! Jace looked super adorable snoozing during his party all clad in his Captain America costume.

“Happy 1st Birthday Jace. God bless you, and praying you’ll grow to be a good Christian,” wrote one of Joross’ friends, actor Luis Alandy, on Instagram.
The party was held at The Hampton Court in Hillsborough, Alabang, which was all decked out in DC and Marvel superheroes in Lego form.

Some of the celebrities who joined in on the fun were Marco Alcaraz, Precious Lara Quigaman, Luis Alandy, Dianne Medina, Rodjun Cruz, and Ketchup Eusebio.

Joross and Katz were together for seven years before they tied the knot on November 29, 2014. Nearly a year later, Katz gave birth to their first baby, Jace, in Minnesota, U.S.A.

“Psalm 127:3 – Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him,” the overjoyed dad wrote on Instagram when he broke the happy news of his son’s birth in October of 2015.
