Masayang ibinalita ni Kris Aquino sa isa niyang Instagram post na nadismiss ang kaso ng Falcis brothers na sina Nicko Falcis at Atty. Jesus Nicardo Falcis III laban sa kaniya.
Ito ay ang kasong grave threats matapos umano ang pagbabanta ni Kris Aquino sa buhay ng dating business partner na si Nicko Falcis.

Sa isang leaked recorded phone conversation ni Kris Aquino at Nicko Falcis ay maririnig na sinabi ni Kris kay Nicko na, “Dare to step in this country and you will be dead!”
Paliwanag ni Kris sa naturang recorded conversation, alam naman daw ni Nicko Falcis na binubluff o binubwisit niya lang ito noong kausap at masabi niya ang pagbabanta.
Matatandaang nag-ugat ang legal battle na ito at palitan ng maanghang na salita matapos pagnakawan daw ni Falcis si Kris Aquino. Ito ay sa pamamagitan ng maling paggamit ng pondo ng isa sa mga negosyo niya. Ginamit daw umano ni Falcis ang corporate credit card ni Kris Aquino para sa personal use nito na umabot sa P1 million.
Kaya naman sinampahan ni Kris ang dating business partner ng qualified theft charges at estafa. Nagsabi rin ang aktres na gagamitin niya ang lahat ng natitira niyang pera para panagutin si Falcis sa ginawa nito.

Samantala, hindi naman napigilan ng aktres na si Gretchen Barretto na hindi magkomento sa isyu sa pagitan nina Kris at Falcis.
Sa isang Instagram post ay tinawag ni Getchen si Kris Aquino na isang power tripper.

Nang interviewhin naman sa isang programa sa DZMM Teleradyo ng showbiz reporters na sina Ogie Diaz at MJ Felipe pinaliwanag ni Gretchen kung bakit niya sinusuportahan si Falcis sa isyu na ito.
“I’m not saying that I’m the most pure person on earth, but ang tama ay tama. Nandoon ako sa tama. Kahit kaibigan kita, kapag mali ka, mali ka. Kapag inaapi ka, nandoon ako kahit hindi kita kaibigan,” paliwanag ni Gretchen na hindi sinabi kung anong ugnayan nila ni Falcis.
“You do something to me today, hindi ako magre-react ngayon. I may react many years later. Kris [today] is powerless. This is the time I feel like I can react because for the longest time, she had the power and she did everything that she wanted,” dagdag pa ni Gretchen Barretto.
Kaya naman ng maglabas si Kris ng update sa Instagram tungkol sa Falcis brother case ay hindi rin napigilan ng isa niyang follower na magkomento sa isyu na kung saan sinabi nito na..

Sinagot naman ni Kris ang komento ng kaniyang follower na may kasamang pakiusap at “lecture”.
