Liv Tyler is all about embracing everything that comes with motherhood, including breastfeeding. We’re grateful that she hasn’t been shy about sharing images of her journey as a mom on social media.

The 39-year-old actress and daughter of Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler recently posted a black-and-white photo of herself breastfeeding her newborn Lula Rose. As you can see, it was a perfectly captured moment!

Tyler gave birth to Lula Rose—her third child—in mid-July. She now has three children—two (Lula Rose and Sailor Gene) with partner David Gardner and one (Milo William) with her ex-husband Royston Langdon. Gardner also has an older son, Gray, from a previous marriage.

Tyler has been very open about how much motherhood has transformed her as a woman. In an interview for More magazine’s October 2015 cover story, she said:
“My favorite thing about being a parent is that I learn so much from the push-and-pull dynamic of mother and child. Having children, I learned about my own strength.”
