2. Vegetarian Lasagna

This classic family favorite recipe yields about 8 servings and takes about an hour to make, but it will be well worth the wait. Make sure you have all ingredients on hand, namely: spaghetti sauce, grated carrots, oregano, lasagna noodles, cheese (Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan),  frozen chopped spinach, eggs, and zucchini.

3. Vegetarian Pizza
