5 Pinoy dessert recipes na patok ngayong summer!

Tuwing summer, masarap bumiyahe at lalong masarap kumain! Tayong mga Pinoy talaga, hindi nakukumpleto ang pagkain kung walang panghimagas.

Heto ang 5 na Pinoy summer dessert recipes na magugustuhan ng buong pamilya, puede pang tumulong ang mga bata sa paggawa!

1. Leche Flan

Mga ingredients:

  • Itlog (10 pieces)
  • Condensed milk (maliit na can)
  • Fresh milk o evaporated milk (1 cup)
  • Granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp)

Paano gawin:

  1. Ihiwalay ang yolk mula sa egg whites (ito lang ang gagamitin sa recipe)
  2. Ilagay ang egg yolks sa malaking bowl. Haluin gamit ang tinidor o egg beater.
  3. Idagdag ang condensed milk at haluing mabuti
  4. Ibuhos ang milk at vanilla. Haluing mabuti.
  5. Ilagay ang llanera sa ibabaw ng stove at initin gamit ang mahinang apoy.
  6. Ilagay ang granulated sugar sa llanera at haluin hanggang matunaw, dapat light brown ang kulay.
  7. Ikalat ng pantay ang caramel sa flat na bahagi ng llanera.
  8. Takpan ito gamit ang aluminum foil
  9. I-steam ang llanera na may eggs at milk mixture (30 to 35 na minutos).
  10. Pagkatapos i-steam, hayang lumamig ito bago ilagay sa refrigerator.
  11. Ready to eat na ito. Good for 6 servings!

Tandaan: Puwede ring gumamit ng lampin para salain at siguraduhin walang bubbles at pino ang leche flan!

2. Halo-halo

Mga ingredients:

Shaved ice or crushed ice
Prepared Ube
Langka (canned or sweetened)
Bananas, diced (sweetened or ripe)
Hilaw na mangga, sliced
Tapioca (cooked or soaked in brown sugar syrup)
Garbanzo beans (sweetened)
Mung beans (sweetened)
Milk flan (Spanish flan na may caramel sauce)
Nata de coco
Rice Krispies or dinurog na sweetened rice
Gelatin (sea kelp or firm kind)
Cream of corn o corn kernels
Vanilla ice cream
Sugar (depende sa panlasa niyo)
Evaporated milk

Paano gawin:

1. Sa isang mataas na baso, magdagdag ng teaspoon or (tablespoon) ng bawat ingredient. Magdagdag ng sugar kung gusto niyo.
2. Idagdag and shaved o crushed ice hanggan mapuno ang baso. Maaaring gamitin ang kamay para mas maging siksik.
3. Lagyan ng gatas hanggang maging puti na din ang yelo.
4. Ilagay ang additional ingredients: milk flan, ube, vanilla ice cream. Idagdag ang rice krispies
5. I-serve, halo-haluin at enjoy!

Tandaan: Ilagay ang mas matamis na ingredients sa gitna para mas malasa!

3. Mais con hielo na may buko

Mga ingredients:

condensed milk (1/2 cup)
evaporated milk (1/2 cup)
corn kernels (1/2 cup)
crushed ice (1 cup)
buko meat, hiniwa (1/2 cup)
Pinipig (1 tsp), optional
Sugar, depende sa panlasa mo

Paano gawin:

1. Ihalo ang condensed at evaporated milk sa bowl; itabi.
2. Punuin ang dalawang baso ng 2 teaspoons na corn kernels at yelo.
3. Ihalo ang natitirang corn, buko, pinipig (kung meron).
4. Lagyan ng hinalong gatas, magdagdag pa ng sugar kung gusto mo.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Tandaan: Puede kang magdagdag ng vanilla (o kahit ibang flavor ng) ice cream para mas masarap!

4. Buko Pandan Salad

Mga ingredients:

Gelatin (1 pack, pandan flavor)
3 pcs. Buko, shredded, thawed, drained
Nestle cream or carnation thick cream (1 can)
Sweetened condensed milk (1/2 cup)

Paano gawin:

1. Lutuin ang gelatin. Ibuhos ang mixture sa isang pinggan (9 x 13 ang laki). Palamigin para tumigas.
2. Hatiin ang gelatin sa cubes. Itabi.
3. Sa isang mixing bowl, haluin ang buko, cream at condensed milk. Tikman para malaman kung kailangang pang magdagdag ng condensed milk.
4. Takpan ng plastic wrap, palamigin, at i-enjoy!

SEE, TASTE AND LOVE THE NEWEST DAIRY-FREE MILK IN THE METRO

Mga ingredients:

Tapioca pearls (3 cups)
Gelatin powder (1 sachet)
Brown sugar (3 cups)
Vanilla extract (1 tbsp.)
2 to 3 cups water

Paano gawin:

1. Lutuin ang tapioca at gelatin depende sa instructions sa mga package nito.
2. Ilagay ang brown sugar sa isang palayok at tunawin gamit ang mahinang apoy.
3. Pag natunaw na ang asukal, idagdag ang water at vanilla extract.
4. Pakuluin at haluin hanggang matunaw ang asukal. Tandaan na hinaan lang ang apoy para di masunog ang asukal.
5. Patayin ang stove para lumamig ang mixture.
6. Sa isang baso, haluin ang tapioca pearls, sliced gelatin, 3 kutsarang sugar mixture, at isang cup ng malamig na tubig. Haluin sa isang baso. Enjoy!

Tandaan: Puede ka ring magdagdag ng Pineapple juice at pandan para mas refreshing!
